WEEKLY RENTAL RATES  2008 SEASON
 

• Conditions of Renting

  • To reserve an apartment a 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking by bank transfer.
  • The balance is required 8 weeks before arrival by bank transfer.
  • Cancellation charges.  If you cancel your booking more than 30 days of arrival 30% of your total price.  Between 7 and 29 days – 40%.  Between 1 and 6 days – 50%.  For no shows – 100%.
  • A 200€ (or £130) security deposit is required 2 weeks before arrival and will be returned (minus the cost of any breakages) with in 14 days of the end of your stay
  • Checking in time from 16:00 to 22.00 hours.  Checking out time before 11:00 hours
  • The maximum number of persons per apartment is 6.
  • Every 7 days a new set of Linen will be provided.
  • Animals are not permitted

THE SECOND LINE  apartments consist of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.  There is also a sofa in the living area which transforms to a double bed.  Every apartment Is fully equipped kitchen and fully fitted bathroom.  They are air-conditioned and have hot water.  The Balconies have sea views. 

THE FRONT LINE  apartments consist of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.  There is also a sofa in the living area which transforms to a double bed.  Every apartment Is fully equipped kitchen and TWO fully fitted bathrooms (one on suite).  They are air-conditioned and have hot water.  The Balconies have sea views

The apartments are fully furnished and equipped for up to six persons and include bed linen but exclude towels.  1 Garage Parking Space included.
